Yes! We have no hidden limits. It is completely unlimited service.
Is there a long-term contract to use your service?
There is no commitment required.
Can I stop my service at any time?
Yes, with a 30-day notice.
What do I do to get my service started?
Click on "Internet Plans" above in the menu and follow the prompts. A technician will contact you to within 3-7 business days to come to your residence to set up your service. It's that easy!
How do I pay for my services?
Your credit or debit card will automatically be charged each month. We accept all major credit cards. Your information is secure and none of your information is ever sold to any third parties.
Are there any hidden charges?
No. We are upfront with our charges and will never deceive to make an extra dollar. There is a one-time activation/equipment set-up fee of $150.00. After that, there is only the monthly fee for whichever package has been chosen.
Which plan do I need?
If you want to stream one movie, check social media and email all at once on up to two devices, then the Liberty 3 package should work for you. If you want to stream two movies at the same time with up to three devices, then you may want to consider the Freedom 5 package. More than three devices, multiple users and/or gaming will require the Independence 10 package for best performance.**
When does my service start?
As soon as you receive your equipment, you have a 10-day free trial. After that, you will be charged monthly according to which plan was chosen.
Is the connection secure?
Security is important. You should always use caution whenever accessing the internet and encrypt all traffic to and from your computer that involves sensitive information.
